How do I place an order?
- Go to COLLECTION to browse all available products.
- ADD TO CART the product/s that you wish to buy.
- If you are satisfied with your order/s and wish to check out, just click the shopping bag icon and proceed to CHECKOUT.
- Input your email address and the necessary information needed on the SHIPPING ADDRESS section.
- Proceed to CONTINUE TO SHIPPING.
- For the payment, you have two options. You can pay using your credit/debit card or GCASH.
- Click COMPLETE ORDER once you choose your mode of payment.
- Please take note of your order number.
- You will receive updates regarding your order/s through email.

What courier do you use when shipping items within the country?
We use Lalamove in Metro Manila, LBC or J&T in transactions outside Metro Manila, and DHL for international shipping.
How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee depends on the quantity and weight of the order. The initial delivery price may vary depending on the weight of the item(s) and its location.
How many days will it take to receive my order(s)?
You can expect your order to be delivered within 7-14 working days from the date of receiving your email confirmation.
You may track your orders through the email confirmation that will be sent to you.

I still haven’t received my shipment. What do I do with this?
What we can do is help you track your parcels and monitor their current location after receiving the order - but with regard to the date when you receive the ordered items, this is already outside our control. In this regard, you can verify the parcel and ask the selected courier for a follow-up.
Where's the size chart?
Size chart is included in the photo carousel when you view the product that you want to purchase. We also have a separate tab for the size chart
Do you guys accept international orders?
Yes. Just follow the steps on how to order online.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
Generally, only defective items or wrong order/s sent by our staff may be exchanged within 7 days after receiving the item/s. But reasonable cases like wrong sizing can be an exception to the rule.
Once orders are confirmed, we cannot cancel it anymore. We do not accept refunds.

Why is the shirt/size I want not shown/available on the website?
If a particular size or design is not included, this means that it is already not available, but that it can reappear on our website. Otherwise, there is also a big chance that we still have those in stock at the Flagship store. Come and visit us!
I have a design for the merchandise and I want to make it a reality, can you help me?

Yes. Every time you buy Imprint Customs merchandise online, during events or in Flagship stores, you will receive a free sticker.
